The following conditions apply to any access to and usage of the restricted image clusters:

1. Access and usage to the restricted image clusters are only allowed upon request and after positive review and response. The intended research use must be specified in the data use and access request.

2. The user is allowed to view the restricted image clusters exclusively for non-commercial, scientific use.

3. The user is not permitted to publish the restricted image clusters, parts of them, or individual images included in them.

4. The user is not permitted to make the controlled access granted to them accessible to third parties and keep it protected against unauthorized access by third parties. The transfer of the restricted image clusters, parts of them, or individual images included in them to third parties is not permitted. The user is obligated to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that only the user has access to the restricted image clusters.

5. The community norms as well as good scientific practices expect that in case of successful research with the data, proper scientific credit is given, for instance via citation. The restricted image clusters and images themselves may not be reproduced in further publications.
