The data and image collection of more than 20,000 artworks is a resource for quantitative analysis, including macro-analysis and distant viewing, of the iconography of Aphrodite - Venus from the Middle Ages to Modern Times. Seven CSV files from the original DBMS and six Topical Catalogues in pdf, extracted from the CSV files, are available according to the country origin of the artists. The corresponding image set can be retrieved by id and name of the artist.
