Text:

Excel format with description of 6948 artworks (Rows) in 18 fields (Columns): RefNo, InventoryNo, Artist, Title, Year, Description, Medium, LastValue, Dimension H, Dimension W, Dimension D, Type, Series, Status, DueBack, Client, Notes, Image Filename. The file was generated with the filter functionality of the DBMS (see File .csv) based on ‘RefNo contains’ letter 'f' (for 'French'). See 'Guideline' in the PDF file of the catalogue for the methodology of the compilation. The total number 6948 of artworks is higher than the total number 2997 (Cat nr) of artworks with entry in the PDF file of the catalogue. Only those artworks with a Title-field starting with a numerical 1 to 18, corresponding to the 18 main topics categorized in the catalogues, have an entry in the catalogue. All other works have a Title-field which starts with a letter in upper case do not get a Cat nr, though they are described in the PDFs with their Record nr (and thus searchable in the PDF) in Comments of the entry. All RefNo ending with letter 'a' following the letter 'f' were added in the DBMS since publication of the catalogue PDF file. Thus these are artworks to evaluate when revising the published catalogue after further comparative study. Occasionally 'n' or '?' following letter 'f' in RefNo are used to indicate preliminary rejection of the artwork, sometimes because the artist is not (yet) identified.
